Terms Of Service

These terms and conditions will apply to everyone who purchases artwork from me. 

Please make sure to completely read through this TOS before commissioning me.

General information: 

• I own the rights to my artwork. Profiting off of my work is prohibited.

• I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

• I do not take deadlines.

• I am not guaranteed to video the process of your piece.

• Allowing me to draw a character that does not belong to you (unless it is a gift to the owner) will result in your commission being terminated without a refund. 

• I do not draw NSFW artwork.

Before commissioning:

• Please read through my TOS completely.

• You must be at least 14 years of age to commission me.

• You must have at least two forms of communication, one being email (telegram is preferred for the other)

• You must have a clear reference sheet available with accurate markings. (excluding purchasing reference sheet)

• If purchasing a reference sheet without any references, you must have a clear vision in mind. 

• You must have an address I am able to send your art to. (I do not keep finished pieces or sketches)

• Please make sure you are okay without having a set deadline for the piece to be completed. 

 

Payment:

• The prices listed here are not subject to change based on character complexity.

• You will be charged 4% of your total to cover any administrative fees. Shipping will not be included in this. 

• Payment must be made via PayPal or snail mail. (the same fee will apply to both)

• Payment must be made in full before any part o the commission is started.

• I do not hold slots in my queue for partial payment. Full payment is needed to be placed on my queue.

Progress: 

• I work in 6 major steps and mostly go through one step with my entire queue before continuing to the next. 

1. Red is not started

2. Orange is sketched

3. Yellow is partially lined

4. Green is fully lined

5. Blue is colored 

6. Crossed out indicates that your piece is finished and ready to be shipped out.​​

• I send lots of WIP photos and wait for viewing or approval before continuing to the next phase. 

• I do not sketch out markings.

• After your sketch is approved I will also place a checkmark directly on the sketch itself to indicate that.

• If you have already approved the sketch and are viewing the lining WIP photos but do not communicate with me, I will assume it is okay and will move on to the next phase.

• It is your responsibility to let me know if anything is wrong with the piece before I start inking. 

• I do not ink pupils or markings in either phase. 

• If I make a mistake during any process I will do my best to correct it, but if it is a common mistake, or it is not on your reference sheet, it is your responsibility to communicate it with me as soon as possible.

• I give you the ability to choose: positions, emotions, accessories, outline colors, name style (font), name colors, backing paper colors (design), hole punch [slit (default), paw, circle, star], and if you would like me to add glitter (no charge). 

• I may ask about some of these choices and wait for a response, but you are free to tell me them at any point. If they are not chosen, even if I do not ask,  I will take artistic liberty.  

• If the artwork is messed up during the lamination phase, I will either let you know (if it's minor) and determine if I need to remake the piece using the same sketch (no changes will be made to the new piece unless stated otherwise).

Refunds:

• Full refunds can only be sent out if I have not started your piece in any capacity. 

• You will not be refunded for finished work you are unsatisfied with.

• Refunds will be case-by-case and will be communicated privately.
